Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a System Administrator, Database Manager, or similar technical role. Specific experience in Grants Management Systems (GMS), such as Fluxx, preferred. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues. Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with financial processes related to grant payment processing and reconciliation. Curiosity and a collaborative attitude.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain grant-related components within Fluxx. Manage bulk updates, data cleanup, and security protocols. Develop custom dashboards and reporting tools. Partner with Finance to process grant payments and reconcile data. Provide expert-level technical troubleshooting for the grants platform. Develop internal processes and training materials. Monitor and maintain integrations with other systems. Serve as liaison to Fluxx Support.
