Deep experience planning and buying TV/CTV, OOH, and print, including geo-testing and lift reads. Lifecycle marketing expertise across email, SMS, push, and in-app with segmentation and personalization at scale. Strong measurement background: MMM design and vendor management, MTA, geo-experiments, platform lift, holdouts, and causal inference basics. Fluency with analytics and tooling: GA4 or equivalent, CDP (e.g., Segment/mParticle), attribution (e.g., AppsFlyer/Adjust), BI (e.g., Looker/Tableau), testing platforms, CRM (e.g., Braze/Iterable/SFMC). Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; SQL familiarity preferred. Clear communicator with executive-ready narratives and concise recommendations. Excellent project management and prioritization. BA required; MBA a plus.
