Requirements:
8-10+ years in B2B demand gen/performance marketing within a sales-led motion, including growth-stage experience. Hands-on experience across SEM/SEO, paid social, programmatic, email/SMS, and video. Proven ability to launch and scale net-new digital channels. Experience building and scaling a creative testing system. Practical experience optimizing for AI-driven answer experiences and adapting to platform dynamics. Fluent in funnel KPIs, forecasting, CAC/CPL/ROAS, payback, and LTV:CAC. Strong experiment design and incrementality skills. Fluent in the core B2B stack and comfortable self-serving in BI and spreadsheets. Proven track record of owning significant budgets with full accountability. Demonstrated success aligning with Sales leadership, SDRs, and RevOps. Familiarity with PLG motions and partnering with Growth teams. Strong network among performance marketing leaders. Ability to distill complex performance data into clear insights for executive teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital programs to generate qualified pipeline, conversion, and revenue for SMBs. Own and scale digital channels including SEM/SEO, paid social, programmatic, email/SMS, and video. Pilot and grow new digital formats to optimize CAC efficiency. Refine channel-message fit through systematic testing. Optimize visibility on AI-driven answer surfaces. Shape performance marketing's role in supporting the product-led motion. Own and manage the performance budget, reallocating dynamically for ROI. Define KPIs, build dashboards, and run tests to measure incrementality. Leverage the B2B martech stack for insights and efficiency. Establish operating cadences with Sales, Finance, and RevOps. Build and manage a growing team, fostering a culture of curiosity and experimentation.
