5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical role, ideally within a SaaS or API-first company. Hands-on experience working with RESTful APIs and proficiency in tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and basic scripting or integration logic. Hands-on coding experience with languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar, and can write scripts, build proof-of-concept integrations, and troubleshoot technical implementations. Created technical documentation, integration guides, or implementation playbooks, and can explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Confident in running live demos and technical deep dives with stakeholders across engineering, product, and business functions. Ability to independently scope and propose integration solutions based on a client’s tech stack, requirements, and constraints. Track record of collaborating closely with engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence the product roadmap. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver on time with a high level of attention to detail. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
