Support customer implementation projects, including configuration, training, data migration, and process design. Develop region-specific demo materials and onboarding playbooks. Define and refine implementation best practices tailored to the EMEA market. Guide customers through adoption milestones and demonstrate measurable ROI. Serve as a regional expert on Fieldguide’s platform, audit workflows, and industry best practices. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Gather structured feedback from EMEA customers to inform product enhancements. Contribute to internal and external documentation, enablement materials, and case studies. Establish foundational processes for Fieldguide’s EMEA operations. Provide insights on regional trends, compliance frameworks, and customer expectations. Help shape hiring and team-building strategies as the EMEA Solutions team expands.
