Deliver annual sales revenue through Defense & MHA accounts Develop and manage relationships with Defense, MHA, State Police, Fire & Rescue, NDRF, and Disaster Management Authorities Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → proposal/tendering → negotiation → contract closure → execution follow-up → collections Draft techno-commercial proposals for government tenders, RFPs, and strategic projects Work closely with the operations team for project execution and payment recovery Establish strategic partnerships with SIs, PSUs, and local partners Regularly report to the CEO with sales pipeline, forecasts, and progress on KPIs
