🔧 Requirements

Minimum MSc Engineering degree required.
A minimum of 15 years of operations/engineering/research experience.
Ability to perform flotation product bench & pilot scale-up procedures.
Professional Engineer registration (or eligibility) preferred.
Experience working with R&D personnel and engineering consultants required.
Demonstrated project management skills and report writing experience required.
Understanding of project commercial processes and strategies required.
Business experience in product management and competitive strategy preferred.
Strong organization and leadership skills.
Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; competency in Spanish and Portuguese desired.
Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and industry-related software.

💡 Responsibilities

Provide support in defining, planning, and executing product development and commercialization initiatives.
Manage interaction with corporate R&D stage-gate process for new flotation products.
Participate in the design of proof-of-concept and pilot-scale equipment.
Direct external consultants to optimize flotation product designs.
Manage technical aspects of strategic field tests for prototypes.
Promote new flotation products at meetings and conferences.
Authored technical papers to support sales efforts.
