Directly manage end-to-end lifecycle execution in Braze (campaigns, flows, testing, reporting). Build and optimize patient journeys: onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back. Run A/B and multivariate tests across subject lines, creative, cadence, and channels. Monitor lifecycle KPIs and generate insights. Ensure full HIPAA/TCPA compliance in all lifecycle campaigns. Collaborate with product, growth, and design for aligned messaging.
