Develop and execute a lifecycle marketing strategy to accelerate growth and drive conversion. Create and manage personalized, multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, Direct Mail, Voice, CRM). Build segmentation strategies, trigger-based journeys, and automation flows. Partner with Analytics/Data Science to define, track, and analyze lifecycle metrics. Write SQL queries and independently analyze campaign performance. Author creative briefs, draft messaging, and lead creative development and testing. Partner with Engineering, Data, and IT to manage lifecycle marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Oversee operational excellence of the lifecycle program, ensuring campaign delivery and deliverability. Run experiments on creative, targeting strategies, and mail decisions. Manage complex projects and budgets related to direct mail and cross-channel acquisition.
