Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience with workforce development boards is a plus. Proven track record in sales, partnerships, or business development. Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and juggle multiple responsibilities. Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred). Strong organizational and reporting skills. Flexibility to travel 25% of the time.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement strategic sales plans for Skills programs. Build outbound campaigns and source leads. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Cultivate lasting partner relationships. Draft sales reports. Assess competition, costs, and demand. Maintain communication with the Skills program team. Participate in team calls and meetings. Support program kickoffs and events. Share partner feedback for program improvement. Collaborate with operations and placement teams.
