Responsibilities:
Inspire, motivate, coach, and grow the US Sales team Contribute to developing and executing Smartling’s US acquisition strategy Lead US Account Executives in identifying and closing new business opportunities across North America Analyze pipeline health, deal progression, and historical trends to produce data-driven forecasts Monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency within the sales team Provide training, mentoring, and performance management to direct reports Act as a consultative partner to customers, demonstrating how the Smartling platform delivers ROI Champion customer needs and help develop highly customized solutions
