- Manage and oversee multiple projects under the direction of the Project Manager.
- Track and ensure the timely completion of project tasks and support tickets.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and vendors regarding project scope and timelines.
- Organize and schedule both on-site and remote project activities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for Installation Technicians.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Coordinator to monitor the delivery timeline of ordered parts.
- Assist in the development and documentation of policies and procedures for Procurement and Project teams.
- Train staff members and new hires on project processes.
