6+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales onboarding, training & development, or similar Proven ability to build and implement scalable onboarding programs that cater to multiple geographies and market segments Strong data-driven approach with experience in building and utilizing reporting systems Exceptional facilitation skills Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally to align onboarding programs with business goals and sales strategy Hands-on experience using Figma (added plus) Familiarity with 360Learning (added plus) Experience at a PLG company (added plus)
