Solid track record in game development. Indie/Startup game production experience, scaled from concept to launch. Hands-on publishing knowledge, including self-publishing or navigating the process with minimal support. Shipped at least one commercial game on PC and console. Full pipeline familiarity including localization, QA, submission, and build processes. Ability to build, motivate, mentor, and manage a growing team. Fluency in agile workflows and building process. Experience with tools like Google, Miro, or similar. Strong problem-solving and self-starting capabilities.
