Strong understanding of video production from concept to distribution. Passionate about converting audiences into customers. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal). Proven ability to structure compelling narratives for audiovisual formats. Experienced with After Effects expressions and workflow automations. Comfortable working with and presenting to senior stakeholders. Value graphic and motion design principles and brand design systems. Proficiency in video and design software (After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma). Outstanding attention to detail. Up to date on video techniques, tools, and technologies. Ability to use stock libraries creatively. Experience with shooting footage is a plus. Experience with AI video tools is a plus.
