Proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams. Experience in bookkeeping preparing (receipts, invoices, income/expenses). An understanding of company financials to be able to prepare financial reports to the board. Experience in using Canva (or similar design programs and a will to learn Canva). Experience in using AI (or a will to quickly learn how to use it), such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper etc. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience with e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon, is a plus, but not necessary.
