Requirements:
3+ years of experience in HR/People Operations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail Experience with HR systems and tools (Culture Amp and Paylocity preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
Handle first-level employee relations cases, workplace investigations, performance plans, and general inquiries under supervision. Own and enhance the performance management program. Manage and create internal knowledge base content in Confluence. Partner with People Operations to analyze employee survey data. Assist People Operations with onboarding and offboarding. Collaborate with People Operations and Talent Acquisition on initiatives and administrative tasks. Work with Compliance to maintain and update policies and documentation. Provide support during organizational changes. Assist with additional projects and initiatives as needed.
