Requirements:
3-5 years in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role. Experience managing employee relations cases end-to-end. Ability to interpret People data and translate it into actionable guidance. Comfort working in fast-moving environments where processes are still taking shape. Ability to navigate ambiguity, create structure where needed, and move work forward without relying on rigid procedures. Clear communication and sound judgment under pressure. Experience with Workday (preferred). Supporting Revenue or Marketing organizations (preferred). Exposure to AI-enabled HR tools (preferred). Working with global teams across time zones and cultures (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Coach managers on performance fundamentals, feedback, and team dynamics. Support leaders through organizational change. Manage employee relations cases end-to-end. Use Data-Driven Decision Making to spot trends and make recommendations. Partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other COEs. Simplify processes and build scalable solutions. Use an AI-First approach to improve work. Build strong relationships with GTM leaders. Contribute to People Team initiatives.
