Act as primary HR contact for managers and employees Provide guidance on performance management, feedback, role changes, and employee concerns Support employee relations matters and exits Assist with goal-setting, performance reviews, and development conversations Participate in talent reviews and succession discussions Execute People & Culture programs and initiatives Contribute to HR process development Support change initiatives Respond to employee questions and resolve issues Partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Finance Ensure people practices align with employment requirements and policies Support globally distributed teams Participate in meetings outside standard local hours for global stakeholders
