Requirements:
4-6+ years in growth or full-stack marketing roles. Experience in early-stage SaaS or zero-to-one environments preferred. Proven experience running programs autonomously with an informed point of view. Strong marketing instincts and perspective on campaign strategy rooted in ICP understanding. Comfort and curiosity with data; ability to measure, analyze, and iterate. Fluent in tools like Google Analytics and Posthog. Experience managing a CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot strongly preferred). Excellent prioritization and project management skills. Bias for action and desire to make a visible impact.
Responsibilities:
Own multichannel acquisition, including paid campaigns for lead gen or brand awareness. Lead lifecycle and nurture programs for customer communication. Own and operate CRM (HubSpot) for data organization and targeting. Drive demand generation through modern content marketing strategies. Contribute to high-level messaging and positioning, ensuring brand consistency. Own marketing ops and analytics, including martech stack and measurement systems. Support sales and partnerships with collateral and events strategy.
