Requirements:
7-10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing. Direct ownership of ABM and revenue outcomes. Experience in fintech is ideal. Analytical, revenue-driven, and accountable for results. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Strong collaborator with tight alignment with sales. Experience partnering directly with sales leadership. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute ABM strategies aligned with sales to drive pipeline growth. Build targeted programs for high-value accounts using data and personalization. Own the full marketing engine for net new and expansion. Establish KPIs, dashboards, and cadence with Sales. Implement a scalable ABM playbook and growth marketing engine. Refine demand gen and content marketing. Partner with sales leadership to define target accounts and execute plans. Build multi-channel personalized campaigns. Improve event strategy efficiency. Manage marketing technology, data, and reporting. Drive measurable improvements in awareness, engagement, and conversion.
