Design and execute global go-to-market strategy, owning the technical sales motion. Build, lead, and mentor a global team of Solutions Engineering managers. Implement and scale sales methodology (MEDDPICC) within the technical sales process. Act as executive sponsor for strategic customer engagements. Develop operational engine for the SE organization (capacity planning, analytics, budget). Serve as liaison between sales and Product/Engineering leadership, influencing product strategy. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and CX teams. Support Channel Partner Program.
