Requirements:
10+ years in the SaaS industry. 5-7 years in a leadership capacity within Solutions Engineering or technical sales. Proven experience managing other managers globally. Proven builder of pre-sales teams, technical sales motions, and strategy. Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles. Track record of implementing and scaling sales methodologies like MEDDPICC. Strong background in cybersecurity, identity, or related enterprise security software. World-class communication and interpersonal skills. Strong business and financial acumen.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute global go-to-market strategy, owning the technical sales motion. Build, lead, and mentor a global team of Solutions Engineering managers. Implement and scale sales methodology (MEDDPICC) within the technical sales process. Act as executive sponsor for strategic customer engagements. Develop operational engine for the SE organization (capacity planning, analytics, budget). Serve as liaison between sales and Product/Engineering leadership, influencing product strategy. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and CX teams. Support Channel Partner Program.
