Senior Director, Global Operations

Extensive senior-level experience in global supply chain, operations, logistics, or order management. Experience supporting or leading operations with major retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart/Sam’s. Proven success in developing and implementing scalable processes across multiple regions. Strong understanding of global supply chain complexities, demand forecasting, order management, and logistics. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. Entrepreneurial spirit with agility to adapt in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills. Experience building new teams and leading remote team members. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.

Develop and execute global operational strategies for club accounts. Oversee the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process. Establish and enforce service-level agreements (SLAs). Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis. Help lead the establishment of a Clubs Center of Excellence. Act as the key operational liaison with Costco and Sam’s Club. Establish global KPIs related to retailer customer requirements. Maintain up-to-date documentation of support processes. Identify and implement cost-out opportunities. Lead and develop a high performing, engaged team. Influence cross functional teams. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance. Partner with external logistics and supply partners. Lead change management efforts for new business requirements.
