Key Account Manager, Pure Players Brazil

Own Pure Player execution to drive sustainable growth and margin expansion.
Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance against key KPIs including POS, contribution margin, ASP, conversion, traffic, and inventory health.
Support the development and execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with Pure Players.
Manage ongoing commercial negotiations including promotions, visibility programs, media investments, and platform initiatives.
Execute the Pure Player operating model, including SKU optimization, promotional planning, and media activation.
Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to optimize fulfillment strategies such as MELI Full, Flex, and FBM.
Ensure best-in-class content across all priority SKUs and align with brand standards.
Act as the central point of coordination between Pure Players and internal Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
