5-10 years of experience with a combination of healthcare consulting, healthcare technology, healthcare product company, or roles within healthcare organizations (payer, provider, pharmacy, healthcare technology) Strong expertise in at least one of: Value-Based Care, Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Experience, Outreach, or Payer Operations Exposure to digital transformation initiatives, with an understanding of how AI can improve healthcare delivery and operations Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Economics, or related field Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills with experience building Excel models and crafting compelling PowerPoint presentations Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions Comfort working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams in the US and India
