Requirements:
6+ years experience working in digital media and marketing environment 6+ years experience working with media data Strong client-facing experience at a digital media or performance marketing agency or similar environment Experience or familiarity with statistical concepts Experience or familiarity with marketing analytics including Media Mix Modeling, Multi-Touch Attribution, and Incrementality Testing Ability to collaborate with technical teams to define requirements for building data models and analytics Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent project management skills Experience with Customer Data Platforms such as Tealium or Segment Experience with Media Strategy & Optimization Methods Familiarity with Data Privacy Regulations & Data Usage Guidelines Experience with MarTech Architecture
Responsibilities:
Serve as a thought leader on marketing measurement strategy. Lead cross-functional strategic engagements across MMM, incrementality testing, causal impact analysis, and holistic measurement frameworks. Translate complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Design and oversee robust measurement frameworks. Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment between analytical rigor and marketing objectives. Work closely with paid media buyers to support performance measurement analysis. Run weekly project management sprint sessions with cross-functional technical teams. Directly communicate with clients and internal stakeholders on data needs. Partner with leadership to design processes for delivering Data Strategy & Analytics services. Identify new measurement needs for clients and develop new solutions. Coach mid-level Data Strategists by reviewing deliverables.
