5+ years in a consultative, customer-facing role or deep experience in homebuilding Operations Experience in homebuilding, construction tech, or proptech Deep understanding of at least one functional area: Estimating, Design, Sales, or Purchasing Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complexity Confident communicator with execs, field operators, and internal teams Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools is a strong plus Proficiency with CRM or onboarding tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
