Requirements:
Prior experience in the FX/CFD or online trading industry is highly preferred Background in telemarketing or telesales, especially comfortable with outbound calls, strongly encouraged Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Marketing, Management, or a related field Fluency in Thai and a good command of English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher) Strong client focus with excellent customer service and negotiation abilities Team player with outstanding verbal and written communication skills Energetic, self-driven, and results-oriented Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture relationships with clients, partners and organic clients Proactively engage with trading professionals to expand client base and partnerships Identify and leverage local marketing channels to enhance visibility and promote company products Focus on client onboarding and ensuring a seamless user experience Promote partnerships based on existing rebate structures and maintain strong relationships Adhere to regulatory policies and ethical standards Assist in the monitoring of affiliates and partners to optimize activities and performance
