Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role in cloud. Experience with AWS or Google Cloud. Ability to work independently and establish trust with Enterprise customers. Ability to quickly learn new cloud technologies. Confident presenter with excellent presentation skills. Experience delivering demonstrations and executing use cases of a technical SaaS offering. Ability to speak and write in Thai and English. Some travel may be required.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term strategic direction. Advise customers on public cloud services, cost optimization, and infrastructure. Facilitate FinOps maturity assessments and collaborate on roadmaps. Serve as a customer advocate. Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers. Identify new opportunities for customer growth. Build and maintain relationships with cloud partners.
