Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term strategic direction, operating as a trusted advisor to the customer Engage with customer organizations through both tactical and strategic activities to effectively position public cloud services and to perform cost optimization, insights, and infrastructure reviews Facilitate the DoiT FinOps maturity assessment and collaborate on a continuous shared roadmap to enable and implement FinOps best practices Work with customer technical and business teams, including Director and CxO level to build and maintain relationships Serve as a customer advocate (Voice of the Customer) during all stages of the customer(s) lifecycle with DoiT International Collaborate with DoiT Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to enable technical and FinOps use cases of the DoiT Cloud Intelligence™ platform Identify new opportunities to help the customer grow, including new workloads, technologies and DoiT’s FDE services Build and maintain relationships with cloud partners (GCP/AWS/Azure) to provide a seamless experience for customers
