- Identify, develop, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners, particularly in Argentina.
- Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry.
- Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to align campaigns and partnerships with requirements.
- Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director.
- Represent the company at industry events, expos, and webinars.
