Requirements:
  • Strong luxury retail background and insight (Skincare, Perfume & Makeup is preferred).
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience related to service excellence, CX, and training.
  • Experience in classroom trainings, workshops, and on-field coaching.
  • Capability in conducting learning activities using interactive methods.
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Ability to develop training material and activities is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • You will work closely with team members to meet project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Understand client learning needs to deliver impactful training.
  • Liaise with Project Manager to determine training objectives and schedules.
  • Design effective training programs and content.
  • Deliver training sessions in class and online, creating a dynamic environment.
  • Inspire participants using varied methodologies such as discussion, demonstration, and games.
  • Coach participants on the floor or online.
