Responsibilities:
Stand up and lead the first-ever inside sales motion Prioritize high-intent inbound leads and design systems to qualify at scale Leverage automation to focus time on the right providers Test communication tactics and funnel design to improve conversion rates Partner with RevOps to build routing logic and reporting infrastructure Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to improve the end-to-end provider experience Share learnings and help define how the function scales
