2+ years in an SDR, Business Development, or inside sales role targeting the U.S. market Track record of generating and qualifying leads and booking meetings with U.S. customers or prospects Experience engaging U.S.-based businesses and decision-makers Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, manage multiple outreach cadences, and follow up persistently Comfortable with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) Thrive in a quota-driven role and meet activity and pipeline goals Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
