Requirements:
2+ years of experience with outbound sales automation, preferably in B2B SaaS Strong knowledge of CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce Strong knowledge of Sales Engagement Platforms: Apollo, Outreach, Reply.io Strong knowledge of Data Tools: ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, 6sense Experience integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, and automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, or Make Comfortable using LLMs and prompt engineering to generate personalized messaging Knowledge of LinkedIn automation safety limits and GDPR/CCPA compliance Strong analytical mindset with KPI tracking (open rate, reply rate, conversion rate) and A/B testing Fluent English, written and spoken, with excellent cold outreach copywriting skills Curiosity about technology and the mobile ecosystem Knowledge of email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up, inbox placement) is a plus Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets Ambitious, self-driven, and motivated by international career growth
Responsibilities:
Research, generate, and qualify leads through email and multi-channel outreach Define and continuously refine ICP and buyer personas Build high-quality, segmented prospect lists using data providers and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Design and execute multi-channel outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls, manual touchpoints) Build automated personalization workflows for tailored outreach Configure conditional logic and adaptive sequences Manage email and LinkedIn warm-up, ensuring natural activity patterns Track and report on outbound performance and pipeline metrics Run continuous A/B tests on messaging, timing, and channels Analyze replies and objections to improve AI prompts, playbooks, and targeting Ensure seamless CRM integration and data synchronization Configure and train AI auto-responders to qualify leads and book meetings Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports Collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Leadership
