- Conduct a full cycle of people management processes (onboarding, performance review, probation, termination)
- Implement HR initiatives, process automation, and policy development
- Partner with management to build high-performance cultures and retention strategies
- Conduct performance reviews and 1-on-1s with supervisors
- Identify and resolve team performance issues
- Manage internal communications and engagement for the Europe location
- Administer benefits packages and coordinate corporate events
