5+ years as a Solutions Architect and/or Data Engineer, with experience architecting, building, and supporting modern data platforms. Prior technical presales experience with strong technical skills, business acumen, and a sales mindset. Experience establishing and growing accounts, including building trusted relationships, cross-selling services, and developing business case proposals. Proven experience with data migration in large enterprise production environments. Expertise in core data engineering technologies such as Snowflake, AWS, or Azure. Strong working knowledge of SQL with the ability to write, debug, and optimize distributed SQL queries. Experience defining solutions and scoping activities on large, complex data solutions. Excellent communication skills with stakeholders and customers. Able to travel 20–30% (typically 1–2 day trips as part of the sales process). Preference for candidates residing in Pacific or Mountain time zones to align with team collaboration and business needs.
