Solutions Engineer

1-2 years of experience in a technical role (support, engineering, solutions or devrel) Excitement for the Solana ecosystem, distributed systems, and internet capital markets Comfort reading and writing code (TypeScript & Rust preferred) Deep curiosity, bias for action, and ownership Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when breaking down complex technical ideas Passion for helping developers and improving developer experience

Serve as the technical front door for developers using Helius APIs and streaming products Troubleshoot issues, reproduce bugs, and work with engineering to get fixes shipped Build code samples, demos, and SDKs that help customers integrate faster Rewrite and expand documentation, tutorials, and guides based on real-world questions Automate support workflows using internal tooling, scripts and AI-assisted systems Collaborate with engineering on feature requests, bug reports, and customer-driven improvements Live in Discord and Telegram to support developers, gather feedback, and spot new patterns Partner with enterprise and ecosystem teams to design integrations and optimize performance Prototype new experimental features alongside engineers and product owners based on customer feedback
