2–5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Solutions Engineer in a SaaS environment Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills with experience handling systems at scale Proven experience performing root cause analyses for code-level and infra-level issues Proficiency in Python or JavaScript; ability to read and write production-quality code Experience with APIs, webhooks, SSO implementations, and enterprise integrations Familiarity with AWS, monitoring tools, and basic DevOps practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working directly with enterprise customers or in client-facing technical roles Comfortable with ambiguity, context switching, and wearing multiple hats Available to work US hours (PST/EST overlap)
