2+ years of analytics or marketing technology experience Strong proficiency with analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude) Strong proficiency with tag management systems (GTM, Segment, Tealium, Adobe Launch) Working knowledge of server-side tagging Working knowledge of data privacy concepts Working knowledge of CDPs Experience implementing or supporting MMPs and mobile tracking setups Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, JavaScript) Familiarity with dataLayer structures Understanding of digital marketing channels Ability to manage multiple projects Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences Proactive mindset with curiosity to learn new tools, APIs, and data systems
