Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar position. Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or other statistical tools. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and database management. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data in simple terms. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Create dashboards and visualizations to present data in a clear and actionable format. Work cross-functionally with various teams to define data requirements and support business goals. Prepare and deliver reports to stakeholders, offering recommendations based on analysis. Design and maintain databases, data systems, and data pipelines as needed. Conduct ad hoc analysis and respond to requests for information. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in all analytical work.
