Deliver data extracts, quick analyses, and standard reports under 1–5 day SLAs. Partner with CX Ops to resolve operational blockers. Escalate complex or strategic requests to analysts. Review and route all incoming requests. Use standard intake briefs to clarify requirements. Identify missing context or unclear asks early. Spot recurring requests and propose opportunities for dashboards or reusable templates. Leverage AI tools for drafting SQL, summarising insights, and producing quick answers. Edit and validate AI-generated outputs. Maintain and improve the AI knowledge base. Validate extracted data for accuracy and completeness. Follow naming conventions, metric definitions, and governance rules. Log data quality issues and route them for remediation.
