- 6+ years of Product Management experience owning and delivering user experiences from concept to post-launch, demonstrating meaningful business impact you can discuss.
- Experience working on consumer technology products.
- Comfortable diving into technical details with engineers, iterating on designs with designers, and analyzing funnels with data analysts.
- Possess the discipline, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication skills necessary to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Experience working in an environment where you were reliant on engineering teams outside your direct purview, and effectively influenced them to prioritize and build what your product needed.

- Direct experience shipping high-quality products on time.

- Launch new consumer loyalty programs while coordinating with other product teams shipping their own targeted offers and required go-to-market teams.
- Own end-user outcomes and behaviors resulting from new program launches.
- Manage the profitability and budgeting for the overall program within the organization.
