  • Lead stakeholders across Orum to shape the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives by business and customer value
  • Rally cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, around the product vision, emphasizing the impact on user satisfaction, revenue growth, and customer retention.
  • Define product requirements to ensure the right balance of business impact and build complexity. Work closely with designers and engineers to create elegant solutions to our hardest problems.
  • Own both quantitative and qualitative research for your product area, leveraging insights to inform product direction with a keen eye on how it impacts Orum's goals. Use data to measure the success of releases and share results with the team.
  • As a Staff Product Manager, you'll be expected to own business goal areas, provide significant leverage to the VP of Product in driving results, and be a visible leader in communicating progress to Orum's executives and teams.
