Requirements:
6+ years of product management experience, ideally with a significant focus on consumer-facing products and experiences. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience. Passion to change consumer finance for the better. Track record of developing and championing product strategy with quantifiable impact. Analytical metrics-based approach to identifying, sizing and solving problems. Experimentation mindset to rapidly define hypotheses and drive product velocity. Compelling influencer with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to turn ambiguity to action and measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product vision and strategy for consumer account management. Lead product initiatives for consumer account management across all Affirm surfaces. Develop, prioritize, and execute a dynamic product roadmap. Measure ongoing success of the product area and report to leadership. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data analytics, user research, marketing, infosec, and fraud teams. Communicate regularly across teams and present to C-level executives.
