- Coordinate client communications and maintain strong relationships throughout the search process
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of client reports, presentations, and search updates
- Manage client databases and ensure accurate maintenance of all client information and search records
- Support business development activities and proposal preparation as required
- Collaborate closely with consultants and researchers to ensure seamless execution of search assignments
- Provide operational support to the search team including scheduling, documentation, and administrative coordination
