Requirements:
  • 2+ years in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketplace Operations role.
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM (certifications a plus).
  • Proven experience improving or automating operational workflows, ideally in a two-sided marketplace or healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and comfort working with CRM data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented, data-driven approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary administrator of HubSpot CRM, supporting both sales and supply-side teams with pipeline management, workflows, and automation.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and ensure data accuracy across the CRM.
  • Collaborate with supply-side stakeholders to streamline onboarding, credentialing, and engagement workflows for veterinarians and vet technicians.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency across both sides of the marketplace.
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene, working to improve completeness, consistency, and reliability of partner records (clinics, practitioners, etc.).
  • Support cross-functional initiatives involving marketing, growth, customer success, and finance to optimize lead nurturing, supply enablement, and partner satisfaction.
  • Assist in training team members on HubSpot usage, process adherence, and tool best practices.
  • Provide operational support for strategic initiatives, such as supply expansion or retention programs.
