Requirements:
  • 2+ years' of experience in sales operations or other people optimization roles.
  • Customer Service and detail-oriented.
  • High proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Proficiency with a CRM tool, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
  • High level of initiative and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with clear expectations/timelines.
  • Ability to influence without authority across the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for understanding the internal sales process from opportunity creation through project notification to better assist the individual sales team members.
  • Provides support to the sales team members regarding opportunity updating through the sales cycle and helping with the contracting processes and systems.
  • Acts as a member of the Sales Operations team assisting the Sales Quality Assurance (QA) Team, striving to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency in the sales quality review process.
  • Works closely with sales team members to resolve Sales QA outstanding issues, guiding team members through the process to alleviate as much administrative effort for sales as possible.
  • Acts as liaison between the sales team and other internal customers such as procurement and accounting.
  • Identifies opportunities for efficiency improvements by understanding bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Proposes new process alternatives.
  • Works with the sales team to ensure data accuracy and integrity in our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
  • Ability to handle working with multiple sales team members and leaders within different sales teams.
  • Handling multiple priorities at the same time as the role includes responsibilities and processes built within our CRM system as well as handling email correspondence within the Sales operations inbox in Microsoft (MS) Outlook to increase sales velocity.
  • Other duties as assigned.
