5-7+ years of Account Management, Customer Success or consultative business development experience. Demonstrated ability to drive growth within a portfolio of customers. Experience selling into or supporting SMBs/MM and/or start ups and founder led companies. Strong organizational, analytical, and communications skills. Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Experience in staffing or global offshoring (nice to have). Experience working in or with startups (nice to have). Experience using a Discovery call methodology or framework (nice to have).
