Requirements:
5-7+ years of Account Management, Customer Success or consultative business development experience. Demonstrated ability to drive growth within a portfolio of customers. Participate in customer implementation and feedback sessions. Lead monthly or quarterly business reviews with customers. Partner with Sales and Talent Operations. Refine Sales and Account Management processes. Interview candidates and own matching for new roles.
