Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, feature updates, and positioning initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, including customer feedback, competitive analysis, and industry trends, to inform product positioning and messaging and create ICPs and personas.
  • Develop clear, consistent, and differentiated messaging for our products that resonates with our target audience and supports sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality marketing collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, video scripts, blog posts, website copy, presentations, and email campaigns.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and customer success teams to drive adoption and growth.
  • Equip the sales team with the tools, training, and resources they need to sell effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop customer engagement strategies to nurture existing clients, gather feedback, and optimize product usage.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for optimization.
  • Work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to messaging, product launches, and customer engagement.
