- Define and champion KOHO's multichannel creative vision across campaigns, product storytelling, content, events, and social.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary creative team including art directors, designers, copywriters, and producers.
- Set the creative standard for all work, providing clear direction and feedback across both art direction and copy.
- Oversee photo and video shoots alongside the Studios team and freelance production crews.
- Build systems, processes, and review structures that enable high-quality creative output at scale.
- Present concepts and creative work to senior stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
