- Coach on topics including leadership skills, career pathing, feedback, self-awareness, and energy management.
- Deliver team coaching workshops for standing and cross-functional project teams.
- Design and facilitate leadership development programs, including Leadership Labs Foundations and Advanced.
- Support employee onboarding and build ad-hoc learning programs based on business needs.
- Use AI for content design, research, and analysis while driving AI fluency across the organization.
- Measure and report on the impact of learning and development programs.
